This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit therealtorroy.com (the "Site"), submit a form, book an appointment, or receive calls, emails, or text messages from us.
The Site and the Roy Bryant Real Estate Alerts text messaging program are operated by Roy Bryant, REALTOR®, KW Venture | Keller Williams, DRE #02129112 ("we," "us," or "our"). Roy is a California real estate salesperson whose responsible broker is SVG Core Alliance Inc. dba KW Venture (DRE #02409030).
Information you give us. When you fill out a form (for example, the "What's My Home Worth?" request, a seller or buyer consultation request, or the contact form), book a call, or sign up for updates, we may collect:
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location (city level), and campaign codes (UTM parameters), using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Property search activity. If you create an account on our home search (search.therealtorroy.com), our IDX provider may collect your saved searches, favorite listings, and the listings you view, and share them with us.
Information from others. We may receive public property records and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data about properties, which we use to prepare market analyses.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. The Site is not directed to children.
If you check the optional text message box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Roy Bryant, KW Venture | Keller Williams, about the topic you selected, such as your home's value, appointments, and real estate updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving our services.

If you check the optional call box, you agree that we may call you about the topic you selected. Calls may be made by Roy Bryant or by an AI assistant acting for him, and calls may be recorded for quality and record-keeping. You can ask us to stop calling at any time by telling us during a call, replying STOP to a text, or emailing [email protected].
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below, and none of this sharing includes text messaging originator opt-in data or consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.
We use cookies and similar tools to keep the Site working, measure visits, and understand which pages and ads are helpful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
Do Not Track: The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, other than GPC as described above.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Unsubscribing from emails does not cancel texts; reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Categories of information we have collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); property and customer records you provide; internet activity (pages viewed, search activity); approximate geolocation; and inferences about your real estate preferences. Sources, purposes, and recipients are described above. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including brokerage record-keeping rules.
California "Shine the Light": We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No website or transmission is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial information (such as bank or Social Security numbers) through our forms.
The Site may link to other websites, such as the Keller Williams agent site, MLS listing pages, lenders, and local resources. Their privacy practices are their own.
We may update this Policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
